We started the year off in full speed.
Agape had a pastors retreat where all the pastors of the 27 churches attended.
They shared 2025 visions & testimonials from 2024.
We all planned out the whole year's schedule for us & the ministry.
We are scheduled to visit 3 different churches a month & go to our home church 1 Sunday a month.
They figured we would be able to visit every church in the ministry in 9 months time.
They also planned a mission, discipleship, youth, and general fellowship conferences, along with having 2 separate mission teams coming from the United States..
Agape is currently building a new church where we assisted with supplying gravel & sand to use to make concrete with.
They were very happy we had a trailer that we delivered it with and a water buffalo used to carry it through the muddy footpath to the build site.
The new church will replace an existing bamboo, dirt floor church & is the only church in the banana, coconut plantation area. This church will also be used as a storm shelter for the people living in bamboo huts.
On our trip to the mission conference our car overheated and the bottom of the radiator exploded.
After waiting alongside a mountain for rescue the trip took us about 12 hours instead of 4 1/2.
Our home church sent 2 vehicles to the rescue since we had 12 people on the trip.
We were happy we left a day early & made it to the conference on time.
The repairs consisted of rebuilding the radiator, a new head, water pump, and air-con fan.
This cost about $700 including labor.
Mom is very much enjoying her trip here with us.
She has assisted in the Agape school & Sunday school along with handing out toys & candy to children at the marketplace & a festival with us.
She has also been doing some travels on her own going to a cottage prayer meeting and travels with Pastor Philip and Jemima.
She has decided she wants to move here also and not really wanting to go home at the end of March.
Prayer warriors please pray for:
Finances to help with expenses for car repairs.
Also pray about getting a newer vehicle since ours is 32 years old and keeps breaking down.
