This month we gave out a total of 52 care packages to families that have their child admitted into the hospital.
It is a huge joy each time we have the opportunity to pray over the child and also the parents.
It is even a bigger joy to see the tears from some of the parents while hearing about God's love and the hope that comes from God's provision.
And the biggest joy is seeing a child's smile when we hand them a toy.
Still Hope is going to start a feeding program in July by sending funds for feeding the kids weekly so this month the Agape ladies and bible college students went from home to home getting each kid registered.
We are hoping to have up to 200 kids each week that we will be feeding.
We received a blessing this month from River Life Church of Dunnellon Florida.
We received over 5000 tracks to hand out telling people about Jesus in the Filipino language.
The delivery box was so big and heavy it took 3 men to unload it from the delivery truck.
We have already started handing them out, and we also are putting them in the care packages for the hospital.
Michael was also blessed by Pastor Reggie Smith from Filipino American Christian Church in Georgia with a new pair of tennis shoes.
God knows about all the little things.
Michaels shoes had just blown out the seam at the side plus the sole was coming off.
We go to a different church 3 Sundays out of the month and this month.
One of the churches Michael visited he left at 6 am, took a short cut over the top of the mountain, crossed a river with no bridge, there were boulders for the road and saved 40 min travel time.
Another Sunday we traveled by motorbike for 2 hours where the pavement had huge holes everywhere we dodged, went over a swinging bridge on our bikes, then turned onto a walking path that had trenches from rain washout.
Traveling by bike is so exciting and such a blessing even when it rains all the way home.
After church we bought ice cream for all the church people and also the neighbors around the church that were outside.
Was a great opportunity to witness talking with the ones who did not go to church.
Also the man selling the ice cream was so excited for the business and when Michael paid him and told him to keep the change from the large bill the man was shocked and so happy for the blessing.
Prayer warriors please pray:
1. Upcoming feeding program
2. All the children and families in the hospital
3. Funds for a new clothes washer to wash our clothes
